Having started out as a slinger/signaller in the construction industry some 25+ years ago and progressing through the ranks of slinger/signaller, crane supervisor, appointed person and crane operator before taking the journey into training. And when not training still operates cranes and carries out site visits and compiles safe systems of work and risk assessments for the ongoing contracts lift works of Caledonia crane hire and other 3rd party clients.
We have a wealth of practical knowledge and experience that we are looking to pass on to our candidates starting out in their lifting journey.
